How Do I Place An Order?
You may order directly from any product page on our website simply by selecting the quantity of the products you wish to purchase and clicking on the Add to Cart button.
Standard Shipping and Processing Charge
Shipping charges are calculated before any promotional discount is added based on the current price of each item (including the reduced prices of clearance items or select items with a limited-time reduced price). Once you enter your promotional discount for clearance and specially priced items, you will often incur shipping charges calculated based on the listed clearance or limited-time reduced price of each item.
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 1-2 weeks. For even faster delivery.
International Shipping
TOAILLE is happy to coordinate the shipping of our products outside the U.S. However, deliveries outside the continental United States may require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative from TOAILLE will contact you within one to three business days to provide a final shipping quote before your order is shipped or any charges are applied to your credit card. When placing your quote, please be sure to include an email address or fax number so we can contact you with a quote.
Also, please be aware that although TOAILLE supports manufacturer's warranties, our return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason the recipient chooses to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid.

Care Instructions and Tips
Make sure to zipper your towel closed prior to laundering them, this will maintain the integrity of the zipper
Before using your new TOAILLE towels, wash them in cool to warm water without a fabric softener and tumble dry in medium heat without a dryer sheet. This will ensure that your TOAILLE towels are working at their maximum absorbency.
Wash your TOAILLE towels in warm or cool water without fabric softener using heavy agitation. Dry on medium or low heat without a dryer sheet. Both fabric softeners and dryer sheets can build up on towels, which can then both weaken the towel fibers and decrease absorbency.
If you use chlorine-free bleach, be careful to not pour it directly onto your towels. You can fill the washer with water and pour the chlorine-free bleach into it before adding your towels to the washing machine or you can pour the desired amount of chlorine-free bleach into a larger container and pre-dilute it with water before pouring it into the washing machine.
Additional Tips:
As with all towels, give them a shake when removing them from the washer. This helps fluff the terry loops and will aid the absorbency of your towels.
Do not iron your towels. Ironing decreases the absorbency of all towels.
If your towel develops a snag, simply snip it off with sharp scissors, and it will not continue to snag.
You may hang your towels to dry outside, and if they need to be softened up, just toss in the dryer for a few minutes on high and it brings back the softness.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Discover.
Your credit card is pre-authorized when the order is placed and charged at the time your order ships. We do not store your credit card information. We use Authorize.net for our merchant services. They validate your credit card information and return an authorization code and the last 4 digits of your credit card to us - we never see your credit card information. You can click on the Authorize.net seal at any time to verify our relationship with Authorize.net.
Our website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. You can click on the Volusion SSL logo on our pages at any time to verify our SSL status.
Most banks outside of North America do not support cardholder address verification (AVS), so we cannot accept credit card payment for orders placed from outside of the USA (excluding US territories and military APO/FPO). All non-US credit card payments must be made using PayPal.
Please Note: If you attempt to place an order using billing information that does not match the cardholder information on file with your bank and the pre-authorization fails due to an address verification system (AVS) failure, it is possible that your bank will place a temporary hold on funds even though the transaction does not go through. Unfortunately we have no control over this. The temporary hold will be released by your bank in the timeframe specified in your cardholder agreement. To prevent this, please be sure that the billing information provided during checkout is an exact match (name and complete address) to the card information on file with your bank.
PayPal
We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, electronic checks, and payments from PayPal available funds through PayPal using payment address payments@toilles.com. If you are making any type of PayPal payment, please select "PayPal Express" as your payment option at checkout. If paying by PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal to enter your payment information and then returned to our checkout page to complete and submit your order.
Returns & Refunds
At TOAILLE, our primary focus is quality. We guarantee that every product we sell will stand up to the supreme test — our customers' satisfaction.
Our 30-day Guarantee lets you put any TOAILLE product to the test. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Processing fees).
Personalized Items
Any items that are monogrammed, customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Please wrap your item carefully; package and ship it so that damage does not occur. Follow the return process instructions on the pack slip or see our Easy Returns instructions.
Holiday Order Return Information
Christmas merchandise purchased after September 1st must be returned before December 23rd or within 30 days of purchase (whichever occurs later).
